**United's Wobble at the City Ground?**
The Reds have found some grit at home lately, grinding out draws against Burnley (1-1) and Wolves (0-0) in their last two at the City Ground. Manchester United, meanwhile, have been all over the place, coming off a dismal 0-4 thrashing by Crystal Palace on Monday. Their away form, while better than at home, still shows vulnerability, having lost 10 times on the road this season.
Look, the key matchup has to be Bruno Fernandes against Nottingham Forest’s midfield. If Fernandes can control the tempo like he did against Liverpool in that cup tie (a 4-3 win), United will dictate. But if Forest can swarm him, like they did against Arsenal in their 1-0 defeat, they can frustrate the visitors.
Thing is, United’s defense has been shaky, and the Forest attack, even without a prolific scorer, can exploit that. I’m calling it: Nottingham Forest 2, Manchester United 1.
